The dedication you and your team have shown on this project (be it doing the work or fixing issues that arose) has been nothing short of excellent. I am confident that we will receive this same level of commitment moving forward as we wrap up the couple loose ends on Phase 1 and proceed to Phase 2. In all honesty, I was a little leery when we found out you won the contract last summer. But rest assured, you have made a believer out of me, and I am very thankful for the strong working relationships that have resulted.
